As the current Head of Claims for Pan Afrique Re Ltd, she oversees daily claims operations, ensuring claim handling best practices are followed alongside a seamless customer experience journey.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Insurance and Risk Management from The Institute of Finance Management and The Chartered Insurance Institute’s Certificate for Insurance, she has previously worked for Britam Insurance Tanzania Limited and then later Alliance Life Assurance Limited.
Mr. Korogoto is an Advocate by profession (of Tanzanian High Courtand its subordinate courts thereto). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law- Mediation and Arbitration (PGDLMA) from the Institute of Social Works. He has profound knowledge and vast practical experience in laws and regulations pertaining to Banking and Company practices as well as Labour relations.
Prior to joining Pan Afrique re Limited, Mr. Korogoto worked with Mambo Coffee Company Limited, Amana Bank Limited and Akiba Commercial Bank as a Legal Counsel and Company Secretary.
