Prior to joining Pan Afrique Re, Mr. Nangawe worked as Reinsurance Accountant at Heritage Insurance Company Tanzania Limited and Actuarial Analyst at Alliance Life Insurance. He holds Bachelor Degree of Science in Actuarial Sciences from University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) ; Over the years, Gabriel has mastered extensive experience in handling data analytics and actuarial assessment for reinsurance and finance.
Hawa Sinani holds FERMA RIMAP CERTFICATE RISK PROFESSIONAL from Federation of European Risk Management Association. She is accredited specialist in reinsurance and financial lines from Mauritius Union Assurance company. Ms. Sinani holds Bachelor of Science in Insurance and Risk Management from Institute of Financial Management.
Prior to joining Panafrique Re she worked with Phoenix Assurance Company Limited as Assistant Underwriting Manager. She brings in about 11 years of vast experience in providing strategic and technical guidance on underwriting, reinsurance and customer relations.
As the current Head of Claims for Pan Afrique Re Ltd, she oversees daily claims operations, ensuring claim handling best practices are followed alongside a seamless customer experience journey.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Insurance and Risk Management from The Institute of Finance Management and The Chartered Insurance Institute’s Certificate for Insurance, she has previously worked for Britam Insurance Tanzania Limited and then later Alliance Life Assurance Limited.
Mr. Korogoto is an Advocate by profession (of Tanzanian High Courtand its subordinate courts thereto). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law- Mediation and Arbitration (PGDLMA) from the Institute of Social Works. He has profound knowledge and vast practical experience in laws and regulations pertaining to Banking and Company practices as well as Labour relations.
Prior to joining Pan Afrique re Limited, Mr. Korogoto worked with Mambo Coffee Company Limited, Amana Bank Limited and Akiba Commercial Bank as a Legal Counsel and Company Secretary.
Ms. Ummy is a graduate of Buckinghamshire New University in the United Kingdom holding Bachelor of Business Management. She started her career in 2020 with Tabnet Project Africa where she worked in various capacities. Ms. Hafidh handles all administrative works which ensure the entire team work with maximum efficiency.
